LORDE DROPS SOPHOMORE ALBUM, ‘MELODRAMA’

The roll out for Lorde’s sophomore album has been long — dating back to March when she debuted the first single, “Green Light” — but Melodrama is now here.

Over the last couple months, Lorde has performed on Saturday Night Live (“Green Light,” “Liability”) and debuted new music at Coachella amidst releasing new singles “Sober” and “Perfect Places” — the two songs that sound most like her first album, Pure Heroine — from the 11-song tracklist, which was mostly produced by Jack Antonoff. There are co-production credits from Flume, Frank Dukes and S1 all across the album, too.

The album follows Lorde after a night of partying post-break-up and all the emotions that come with it.

Cop Melodrama on iTunes, and stream it below.
