MC Bravado takes off the lens filter for a raw, uncut look into relationships and human connections with his latest release.
The Baltimore-native revisits his Hip-Hop* LP today with a video for “Dead Man’s Dream.” Shot and directed by Mike Jon and Andrew Bryan, things start off with a tear-jerking interview with MC Bravado’s father, Richard “Pops” Croce (who also plays guitar on the actual song) who speaks about his dad and the memories they shared before he passed away early on.
“Sometimes our deepest and most meaningful connections are with people we’ve never met,” explained Bravado in a press statement. “Examining the roots of these connections can double as self-discovery and exfoliation of the soul, an uncovering of a once mysterious guiding light that’s actually been there all along. “Dead Man’s Dream” is just one of those stories.”
