Mobb Deep was an American hip hop duo from Queensbridge Houses in New York City. Mobb Deep drops a new song titled “What You Think”. Mobb Deep has become one of the most successful hip hop rap duos, having sold over three million recordings. Two of their albums have been critical successes; The Infamous (1995) and Hell on Earth (1996).   

In 1992, before Mobb Deep was officially established, Havoc and Prodigy were originally by Poetical Prophets and released their first demo entitled Flavor for the Nonbelievers, promoted by The Source’s Unsigned Hype column. In June 2005, Mobb Deep announced that he had signed with G-Unit Records. 

50 Cent had a connection with Mobb Deep while he was growing up at Queens & Havoc had provided productions on G-Unit, Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo projects. Mobb Deep released his seventh album, Blood Money in 2006. He presents G 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo and Young Buck, as well as Mary J. Blige and Nate Dogg. In 2006, Mobb Deep became the first American hip-hop duo to play in India via Hip Hop Hustle from VH1. At the end of 2009, Mobb Deep was released from his contract with G Unit
